Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your autobrush® fashion pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
